- Monthly Fee: $20.00 Overall Monthly Fee- Your Monthly Fees starts as soon as you get Approved. You still pay monthly fees doesn’t matter you process or not. Everyone pays monthly fees. Our goal is to minimize the monthly fees at the same time we also want to make sure processing company makes little profit since they also have customer support cost.
- Annual Fee: $50.00- Charge on 2nd month from approved date and then it will charge on the same month next year.
- Auto Batch Out- We can set up your equipment to batch out automatically at the same time each day.
- $75.00 Equipment Ground Shipping Cost- (It takes 3-5 business days for terminal to arrive after your application get approve.)
- Funding Time After 48 hours funding time (Ex: Monday batch out: Funds receive on Wednesday.)
- Batch out Funding Time- If you batch out multiple times in a single day base on the batch out timeline, you might receive 2 different funding so please calculate by reviewing online reporting dashboard. Whatever you batch out you will receive those funds so no need to panic and think processing company is stealing your money, you just need to calculate if you need our help, we can also help you understand how to review online reporting.
- Non-PCI: A fee will incur after 60 days if Non-PCI Compliant. To avoid these fees, you need to become a PCI Compliant – we will be helping you with the process which will take less than 10 minutes only. This is for security purposes.
- Printer Paper Roll: Your processing company might be giving you free paper roll by charging you heavy markup fees or monthly junk fees. Here we have given you the lowest rates you could ever get. So please don’t ask for free paper rolls. Please be educated and select your saving wisely.
- Gift Card & Loyalty: (Free Welcome Kit* Including envelopes, stickers, acrylic display, table tent and inserts - over a $50.00 value! No annual, statement, artwork setup, or program cancellation fees or any other hidden costs.)
- POS Setup- We Do not come to your location to Setup the equipment. Installation and training will be scheduled during the shipping time. Installation and Training is over the phone and should be scheduled when or after the POS is delivered.
- Equipment Setup Timeline- Merchant requiring to setup POS & Pin Pad Terminal from application takes 14-21 business days (from Approved date to receiving the POS).
- Online Reporting- An online reporting access credentials will be provided once approved. You will be able to see your daily processing activity such as your transactions, batch outs, ACH deposits, chargebacks, and statements for each month.

POS Cloud Dashboard- contains important business data that you can access from any internet connection. During the onboarding process, Exatouch POS Team will send you an email containing your POSCloud username and directions on how to create your password.

NOTE: We do not have a mobile app but through POS Cloud Dashboard, you can access your reports from your mobile. - Adding Inventory if you don’t have a POS or have a POS.
If you are currently using a POS System, then follow this process for loading inventory:
- MENU/INVENTORY TEMPLATE SUBMISSION- Merchant needs to send an excel file that contains all inventory which you can download from the POS System you currently used. They will create a new inventory database based on the document provided.
- POS PREFERENCES- Merchant needs to answer an Implementation Questionnaire of how you want your POS to be set.
- INVENTORY BUILD- POS Team will build inventory. Once your menu/inventory build is complete, Exatouch POS Representative will reach out to schedule a menu/inventory review. During the review process, Exatouch POS Team will work with you to make any changes you require and update your database until you are fully satisfied. Once your menu and inventory are ready, Exatouch POS Team load and ship your Exatouch POS.
- SHIPPING/SCHEDULING – During shipping, Exatouch POS Team will contact you to set up a date and time for over-the-phone installation assistance and any additional training needed. Your Exatouch POS will be shipped to the provided address on the order. Exatouch POS Team will send you a tracking number to ensure you can monitor the delivery status.
- INSTALLATION/TRAINING – When your Exatouch POS arrives, please do not unpack the box! During the over-the-phone installation, Exatouch POS Team will walk you through unpacking, setting up, and connecting your Exatouch hardware. Once installed, Exatouch POS Team will walk you through initial management and staff training, so you and your team know how to use Exatouch. Please make sure you have several employees available for the training. The staff training takes about an hour to complete. POS Shipping 3-5 days – while waiting merchant needs to select a schedule of their Installation and Training.
NOTE: After getting approve, entire process might take 10 to 21 business days to receive the Exatouch POS. (From exporting the inventory to receiving the POS)

Free POS Program Return Policy
If you’re terminating the contract within:
- 0-90 days – $500/station restocking fee
- 91-180 days – $250/ station restocking fee
- 181+ days – No restocking fee
Note: All equipment must be undamaged and in the same new condition as when it was originally deployed.
Placement POS Program Return Policy
If you’re terminating the contract within:
- within 30 days from the date of delivery and the return is approved, you will be charged $200.00 per station.
- after 30 days past the date of delivery and the return is approved, you will be charged the remaining $40.00 Exatouch hardware placement fee per station multiplied by the remaining months left on your initial 36-month term.
Term: This Service Agreement begins on the date of the delivery confirmation of the Exatouch POS hardware and continues for 36 months “Initial Term”. At the expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement automatically renews for additional 36 months (“Renewal Term”) for both the hardware and peripheral placement and Exatouch Monthly Software and Support fees unless Merchant provides with written notice of Merchant’s intent not to renew the Agreement at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term.
Buying POS Return Policy
If you are returning within 30 days from the date of delivery and the return is approved, you will be charged a restocking fee based on 15% of the total equipment cost. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days past the date of delivery. Note: To be eligible for a return, all equipment must be undamaged and in the same new condition as when it was originally shipped.
