We Do not come to your location to Setup the equipment since It’s already setup to process so, all you need to do is plugin and start using.
Please do not cancel your current merchant account until you get approved, receive your terminal/POS and process your first payment. If you are 100% satisfied only then cancel your current processing service.
This is 7-10 Business days Process So, Please don’t Expect to get Terminal overnight unless you want to pay for overnight charges. Pos takes little longer to receive.

Merchant Needs to Sign Application
Swipecard247 will Email main Processing company’s Application to merchant for review and e-signature. Merchant Needs to Sign the Application & terminal/POS set up form.

Underwriting Team receives Signed Application
Signed Application goes to main company’s underwriting team. They will ask for any additional documents if needed.
Application gets approved within 24-48 hours. If anything, missing/incorrect then we will reach out to merchant and submit again for the approval. This will take another 24-48 hours to get approved.

Merchant application approved
SwipeCard247 representative will reach out to Merchant to congratulate them.

After Application Approval Processing company will generate Merchant ID # That will be linked with your account.

Terminal Set up (File Build)
Tech Team will set up your Terminal / Pin Pad terminal or POS based on the form you filled out.
Terminal – Pin Pad will take 24-48 Hours to Program POS -This can take 21 Business days to program ( receiving your inventory in excel format – uploading in software – demo with Merchant to show how it will look)

Equipment Shipping To Merchant’s Location
Swipecard247 will email/text you the tracking number. Please let us know once you receive the equipment.

Cancel your current merchant account
Now you can cancel your current account since you started processing with us.

Funding after batch out
Merchant needs to make sure they are receiving funds after their 1st batch out. It takes 24-48 Business hours AFTER batch out.
Note: You might be receiving 2 funds since credit card transaction and Debit/EBT transaction are separated. If you do not want to combine both, please reach out to us.

Become a PCI Compliant
Merchant will receive a login credentials to become PCI Compliant Swipecard247 representative will reach out to help you with the process. Once you passed from scanning, they will provide a PCI Certificate. SwipeCard247 will send PCI Certificate to processing company.

- Annual Fee- Merchant will be charge on 2nd month from approved date and then it will charge on the same month next year.
- PCI Compliant – Merchant need to become PCI Compliant to avoid PCI Non-Compliance Fee. SwipeCard247 will help you out in completing the questionnaire to become compliant if you need our help.
- Gift Card & Loyalty Program – For new merchant account, we have Quick Start Program giving out free 50 gift cards. (Only available in Option B, C, D & E)
SETUP PROCESS (WHAT TO EXPECT?)
- SwipeCard247 representative will call to confirm all details you fill in the application.
- Application Team will start processing your application.
- You will receive an email to sign the application.
- SwipeCard247 representative will call to make sure you receive email for signature and will keep calling to remind you to sign.
- SwipeCard247 representative will call to inform you if you are approve/decline or any information/document we need about your business.
- If approve, swipeCard247 representative will text/email to provide your Merchant ID number.
- SwipeCard247 will setup an online reporting that you can access. You will receive an email with the link and login credentials. SwipeCard247 representative will call to check if you are able to Login.
- Once the Tech team set up your equipment and send, swipeCard247 representative will text/email you tracking number for your equipment
- SwipeCard247 representative will call to check if the equipment is successfully delivered and received by you. And will help to connect you with tech team if needed or will provide tech team number for you to call to setup your equipment.
- SwipeCard247 representative will call to check if you start processing and do the first batch out.
- SwipeCard247 representative will call to check if you receive funds.
