- Batch out Funding Time- If you batch out multiple times in a single day base on the batch out timeline, you might receive 2 different funding so please calculate by reviewing online reporting dashboard. Whatever you batch out you will receive those funds so no need to panic and think processing company is stealing your money, you just need to calculate if you need our help, we can also help you understand how to review online reporting.
- Non-PCI: A fee will incur after 60 days if Non-PCI Compliant. To avoid these fees, you need to become a PCI Compliant – we will be helping you with the process which will take less than 10 minutes only. This is for security purposes.
- No Free Terminal Roll: Your processing company might be giving you free terminal paper roll by charging you heavy markup fees or monthly junk fees. Equipment Setup Timeline- Merchant requiring to setup POS & Pin Pad Terminal from application takes 14-21 business days (from Approved date to receiving the POS).
For POS- Might take little longer based on your requirements. - Online Reporting- An online reporting access credentials will be provided once approved. You will be able to see your daily processing activity such as your transactions, batch outs, ACH deposits, chargebacks, and statements for each month.
- Non Pin Debit- With Cash Discount Program, your equipment is set to run Debit Cards as Credit Card transaction.
- You will receive a CASH DISCOUNT STICKER To be compliant, signage must be hung at your point of entry and point of sale to alert your customers of the Checkout Fee and the Cash Discount. Example of signage below.

- You can’t hide fees in the receipt- There is no way we can hide the fee that your customer is being charge in the receipt. This is how the customer’s receipt looks like:

- Customer’s Rate can’t go lower than 3.5%- the reason behind this is because Card Networks (Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex) and Issuing Banks is charging around 2% to 3.5% rate. That means the 3.5% rate is the lowest since this will cover the fee no matter what fee those Card Networks and Issuing Banks is charging.
- Reporting- Each day, the processor collects the Checkout Fees from your card-paying customers. This money is used to cover the operating costs of your merchant account. If you’re using our recommended equipment, end of day reporting shows how much you collected and how much we will deposit into your bank account.

Example of an end of day report. The CHECKOUT FEE amount is how much was collected from your customers. The TOTAL w/o CHECKOUT FEE is how much we will deposit into your bank account. Reports like this one make bank reconciliation easy.
- If for any reason you wish to discontinue the Cash Discount Program- we will immediately change you back to traditional Interchange Pricing. You will still save a lot of money on your credit card fees by utilizing the SwipeCard247 low-rate program, which saves business owners on average 72% over the fees your previous processor was charging.
- DO NOT PROCESS THIS WAY
- When doing a transaction using the terminal, do not press “Auth” in the terminal to avoid a temporary hold on a customer’s credit card. If for some reason a transaction happened, and you noticed it did not appear in your online reporting dashboard. Please contact us immediately for assistance. This usually happens when the transaction was run as Pre Auth, it means you temporarily hold a customer’s card to reserve funds for future payment transaction but when time comes to finalize a payment you forgot to force the transaction through.
- Offline Processing
If terminal is not connected to the internet or any type of connection, the Terminal will allow to process Credit Card Payments, however, the transaction will be unrecognizable and will not show in the report as a result no fund will be given for this transaction.
